I was blaming Windows 10 too when this happened to me but it turns out that it was the settings on my TV which needed to be changed.

Once this setting was toggled off or on I cant remember which, so try both the PC image fit the screen perfectly. I didn't have to do this with Windows 8. The manufacturer ViewSonic says the issue is with Microsoft as they do not have a special driver for Win My driver is showing up to date and I tried de-installing and re-installing in cas it somehow was courpted. I've tried looking for a solution all over the place, but nothing seems to work. My screen is like zoomed in on everything I use. Browsers, start menu, task bar, etc. It seems like it would be a resolution problem, but I've checked and made sure everything is on the recommended settings. I've uninstalled the video card driver and reinstalled it.

Made sure it was up to date. I even did a system restore, which actually worked. But about 15 minutes later the screen went right back into the same zoomed in view it is now without me even being around it. Hopefully someone here why is my monitor zoomed in windows 10 help me because I'm not sure what else I could possibly try. Any help would be appreciated.
